About Harvard Therapy & Recovery

 We know that recovery and rehabilitation looks different for each person and our mission is to help you envision what this will look like in your life. Our therapists are ready to meet you where you are, and will be responsible for coordinating your treatment as your primary partner on the journey to living your best life. 

Nikki Sowder, LPC, LADC

Nikki has been practicing for over 10 years focused on helping individuals recover from substance use and mental health disorders. She has specialized in working with Veterans struggling with the effects of trauma, and is trained in a variety of interventions to help overcome traumatic events of the past. Nikki has a Masters of Counseling Psychology from Northeastern State University and is Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of Oklahoma.  She is certified in specific interventions to address trauma including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and EMDR.

Todd Redding, MD

Dr. Redding did his medical training at Parkland Hospital in Dallas and completed a Family Medicine residency in Waco, TX before relocating to Oklahoma over 20 years ago. He transitioned to the specialty of Addiction Medicine in 2008, where his practice focuses on medication management of substance use disorders and associated psychiatric conditions. He is a Fellow in the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM), serves on the executive board of the Oklahoma Chapter of ASAM and is certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine.

Paula Inbody, LCSW

Paula is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the CEO of Harvard Therapy and Recovery. Her areas of practice, the past 40 years, have been with children, families, couples, individuals and substance abuse issues. Paula’s focus has been on strengthening leaders to meet the needs of others and increasing access for mental health and substance abuse treatment in NE Oklahoma. She is presently the President of Oklahoma Behavioral Health Association (OBHA). In her free time, Paula serves as President of the Blue Star Mothers of America, Oklahoma Chapter 10.

Paula received her Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1981.

Steven Fritz, LPC, LADC

Steven is the Clinical Director for Harvard Therapy and Recovery. His focus has been on supporting those he works with as they strive to develop the life they want to live. Steven is also invested in developing leaders and systems to support recovery. Steven has a Masters of Counseling Psychology from Northeastern State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and is Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
